Motionriver runs this website. When we say "we", "us", or "our", that's who we mean. We're offering you everything on this site—information, tools, services—but only if you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices listed here. By visiting or buying anything from us, you're using our Service and agreeing to these terms and conditions. They apply to everyone—browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, content contributors, all of it. New features added later fall under these same terms too. Read this carefully before you use the site. If you access any part of it, you're bound by these terms. Can't agree to all of them? Then you can't use the site or its services. If this is an offer, you're accepting only what's written here. We can update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Check back periodically because your continued use means you've accepted whatever changed.
SECTION 1 - SERVICE TERMS
By agreeing here, you're saying you're old enough to use this site in your area, or if you're not, that you have a parent or guardian's permission. You're also saying any minors you bring here have permission too. Don't use this service for anything illegal or unauthorized. Don't break any laws while using it, including copyright laws. Don't send worms, viruses, or destructive code. Break any of these rules and your access gets shut down immediately.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We can refuse service to anyone, anytime. Your content (not credit card info) might travel unencrypted across networks and get modified to work with different systems. Credit card info stays encrypted the whole time. Don't copy, duplicate, resell, or exploit any part of this service without written permission from us. That goes for the content, the access, everything. The headings in this agreement are just for convenience and don't limit anything.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We're not responsible if information here isn't accurate, complete, or up to date. This site is general reference material. Don't make decisions based only on what's here—check other sources too. Using this site is your risk to take. Some information might be historical. That means it's old and only here for reference. We can change the site whenever we want but don't have to update anything. You need to watch for changes yourself.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Product prices can change without warning. We can modify or shut down the Service (or parts of it) anytime, with no notice. We're not liable to you or anyone else for price changes, suspensions, or discontinuing the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Some products or services are online-only and in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges follow our Return Policy. We try to show colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your monitor will display them right. We can limit sales to specific people or regions, restrict quantities, and change product descriptions or pricing anytime without notice. We can stop selling any product whenever we want. Some offers might be void depending on where you are. We don't promise that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will get fixed.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We can refuse any order. We can limit how much you buy per person, household, or order—including orders from the same account, credit card, or address. If we cancel or change an order, we'll try to contact you at the email or phone number you gave us. We also reserve the right to block orders that look like they're from resellers or dealers. Give us current, complete, and accurate information for purchases and your account. Keep your email, credit card numbers, and expiration dates updated so we can complete transactions and reach you. SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We might give you access to third-party tools we don't monitor or control. You're using them "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or endorsement from us. We're not liable for how you use them. Using optional tools is entirely your choice and your risk. Make sure you understand and agree to the terms the third-party sets. We might add new services or features later that also fall under these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some content, products, and services here come from third parties. Links might take you to sites we don't own. We're not checking those sites or guaranteeing anything about them. We're not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or anything you buy there. We're not liable for harm from purchases or use of third-party goods, services, or content. Read their policies carefully before dealing with them. If you have complaints, contact the third party directly.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us submissions when we ask for them, or if you send creative ideas, suggestions, or materials without being asked, you're giving us the right to use them however we want—edit, copy, publish, translate, whatever. We don't have to keep them private, pay you for them, or respond to them. We can monitor, edit, or remove content that we think is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise wrong. We can also remove it if it violates someone's intellectual property or these terms. Your comments can't violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. They can't contain libelous, abusive, or obscene material or malware. Don't use a fake email or pretend to be someone else. You're responsible for what you post and whether it's accurate. We're not.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Sometimes there are typos, mistakes, or missing info about products, prices, shipping, or availability. We can fix these errors, update information, or cancel orders if something's wrong. We might do this without warning, even after you've submitted an order. We're not obligated to update anything except as the law requires. Don't assume that a date shown on the site means everything's current.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
Beyond what's already here, you can't use this site for: (a) anything illegal; (b) getting others to do illegal things; (c) breaking international, federal, provincial, state, or local laws; (d) infringing on our intellectual property or anyone else's; (e) harassment, abuse, insults, defamation, or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) lying or misleading us; (g) uploading viruses or malicious code; (h) collecting others' personal information; (i) spamming, phishing, scraping, or crawling; (j) obscene or immoral purposes; or (k) bypassing security features. We can shut down your access if you violate any of these.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We don't warrant that results from using the service will be accurate or reliable. We can remove the service for as long as we want or cancel it anytime without telling you. Using this service is entirely at your own risk. Everything here is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind—no implied warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement. We, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers aren't liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages. This applies whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or anything else. It covers any use of the service or products bought through it, errors in content, or any loss from the service. Some places don't allow limits on liability, so our liability there is limited as much as the law allows.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend Motionriver and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees against any third-party claim or demand (including attorney fees) that comes from you breaking these terms, violating any law, or infringing on someone's rights.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it'll be enforced as much as possible under the law, and the rest of the terms stay valid.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities from before termination survive afterward. These terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can stop using our Services anytime by telling us or just leaving the site. If we think you've broken these terms, we can end this agreement anytime without notice. You're still responsible for everything owed up to that date, and we can cut off your access.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Not enforcing something here doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, along with any policies posted on the site, are the entire agreement between us and control how you use the Service. They replace any earlier agreements, conversations, or proposals, whether spoken or written. Ambiguities in these terms won't be interpreted against whoever wrote them.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms and any service agreements are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

You can see the current version of these terms here anytime. We can update these terms by posting changes on the site. It's your job to check back for updates. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you've accepted them.
